BOGO/BOGO50 Refund Policy

For Buy One Get One (BOGO) and Buy One Get One 50% off (BOGO50) promotions, the refund process reflects the proportional discount applied to your order:

• The discount is applied to the lowest-priced item.

• If one of the BOGO/BOGO50 items is eligible for refund, the refund will be calculated based on the proportional discount applied to the order, not the full original price of the refunded item.

Eligible BOGO items will be refunded at 50% of their original list price, and eligible BOGO50 items will be refunded at 75% of their original list price.

In case of any discrepancy or ambiguity regarding the BOGO promotion, Great Garden Plants reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the application and interpretation of this policy.
