How many plants do I need?Updated 25 days ago
We have a plant calculator on our website, and a link that will bring you to it on each product page. You should measure the area you want to fill with plants, while keeping in mind the suggested spacing of the plant. (This information can be found under "How To Grow" tab on each plant page). Plant spacing is based on the ultimate width of the mature plants. Using the larger number is recommended when calculating distance from a building or structure. There’s really no such thing as "maximum spacing." If you don’t want your plants to touch, you can space them as far apart as you’d like. All plant spacing is calculated on center, or in other words, the centers of the plants are spaced one half of their eventual width apart.
Fill in the length and width along with the spacing recommendation, and the calculator will determine the amount of plants needed.
